We had a fantastic stay at Portanova in Sarande. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like part of their family. The hotel is brand new and the facilities in the room are stylish and modern. The bed was comfortable, the shower was strong with hot water, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea. The beach with its facilities was just a short walk away, and we enjoyed strolling along the beach and watching the sunset. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff even provided us with complimentary bottles of water. Portanova is a reliable and professional hotel that we highly recommend.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a romantic escape in a beautiful beach-front hotel. The staff welcomed us with open arms and their helpfulness extended to every moment of our stay. Not only did they offer us an early check-in and some delicious breakfast, but they also went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meals despite my gluten allergy. The hotel was well-kept, brand new, and situated in a perfect location. We were able to enjoy the serene and calm atmosphere while being just a short walk from various shops and restaurants.

If we had to mention one thing we disliked during our stay, it would be the location. Although it was incredibly peaceful and quiet, the hotel was a bit of a walk from the port and town center.

Staff were always there to provide guidance.if you could find them through the maze of concrete walls. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, as long as you like random assortments of mystery food. At least it was close to the airport.if you can find it too.

The rooms were luxurious and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for, including heating and air conditioning. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were also a nice touch. I was extremely impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

In terms of location, this hotel is ideally situated near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area without traveling too far from your accommodations. the hotel is located right on the seafront, allowing you to enjoy stunning views of the ocean from many of the rooms. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, going out of their way to make sure that guests are comfortable and happy during their stay. Facilities such as a clean bathroom, helpful service, and tasty breakfast are also standout features. Unfortunately, there is one minor drawback: the hotel is situated a bit far from the main area, requiring a 15-minute walk to reach.

The rooms at Hotel Portanova are great! They have everything you need, like a desk, TV, and a private bathroom. The air conditioning keeps you cool, and the free WiFi is a bonus. Some rooms even have a balcony, which is a nice touch.

I personally didn't enjoy the soundproofing in the twin room. But hey, everyone has their preferences, and some might appreciate it.
